Investment Thesis Team Rocket is a vintage set with strong collector demand and historical significance
It's presented as a boardgame style self-contained format that you play (given that it comes with play pieces and I'm pretty sure that none of the cards are tournament legal), but it's so expensive that I wouldn't be surprised if 99% of the copies bought are never actually played with or even opened and are just bought for collection
Theres even more lore and characters to draw from with Warhammer 40,000 and so while the crossover is basically just a giant expansion, that you can play with your existing Magic: The Gathering cards, its also a great jumping on point for both franchises
This card can provide you repeatable benefits when youre up against decks that consistently outpace the table on land drops, or it can play similarly to a white Cultivate
Whether you want to protect your own win condition, or stop your opponent from resolving theirs, both of these cards can swing a game in your favor without you needing to hold up any mana
